- 1/4 cup frozen plums
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (ie. blackberries, currants, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 cup milk (cow, goat, soy, coconut)
Optional add-ins
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ground flax
